Join me for Day 12 of our 21-day Pilates Challenge!
This challenge is all about showing up for yourself and making time for yourself each day, for 21 days. I want to show you the incredible effect that daily movement has on your body and mind. This class is for all ages and levels.
This class uses light ankle weights (mine are 0.5kg) and a pilates ball, however, feel free to participate without if you don't own them.
