Join me for Day 5 of our 21-day Pilates Challenge!
This challenge is all about showing up for yourself and making time for yourself each day, for 21 days. I want to show you the incredible effect that daily movement has on your body and mind. This class is for all ages and levels.
This class is using a set of light dumbbells. I'm using 2kg, and I find this is a great weight to start with, as we use these weights throughout class, and we want to keep engaging the correct muscles without impacting our form. Feel free to do this class without making it a little more supportive.
