This 20-minute Barre Burn uses light weights and a Pilates ball to challenge your balance, strength, and control – totally optional, though, as you will still feel the burn even without any equipment!
By training stability and external hip rotation, you’ll build better posture, coordination, and confidence in everyday movement — from walking to lifting to simply standing tall.
It’s a lower body Barre workout that blends precision with flow and is guaranteed to make you feel empowered & energised.
