I invite you to keep experimenting with tracking and finding ways to weave movement naturally into your real life. Some days, just tying my shoes or getting to the yoga mat feels like the hardest part, and that’s okay.
Tracking gives us a record we can revisit when life gets chaotic - and if your real life is anything like mine, it will! Illness, injuries, or responsibilities can derail momentum, but looking back at what worked early-on can help restart stronger.
Remember: aim for that “talk-test” level of activity - moving enough to feel it, but still able to chat. Most importantly, keep it fun, flexible, and real.
