20-minute Hands-Free Yoga To Strengthen Legs & Rest Hands, Wrists & Shoulders. This quick powerful all levels yoga sequence is perfect for those days when you need to give your hands, wrists and arms a rest and it's great for those suffering from tendonitis or a hand, wrist or arm injury. It's also a wonderful class for playing around with leg strength, balance and core strength. We will be putting our legs to the test so you may feel a little tender the day after.
