Описание: Welcome to 20 min Full Body Yoga For Strength & Flexibility. This is a relatively slow flow yoga practice for all levels, no extra props needed, just a yoga mat. There are no chaturanga - upward-facing dog transitions in this flow, but there is plank/side plank/downward-facing dog and reverse tabletop to strengthen the upper body, so it's not a wrist-free practice. Try some of my Standing Yoga videos if you want to give your wrists a total break.
