Tone & Shape your Legs, bum & tum Pilates style🦵Reshape your body & increase lean muscle to increase your metabolism & help your body burn fat 😀This easy to follow fitness pilates routine includes options for all levels from beginners to advanced.
🍑Tone & strengthen Legs, glutes, core muscles including lower abs & pelvic floor. Practice 3 to 4 times per week for best results!
Video demonstrates 3 levels for each exercise:
Level 1 for beginners
Level 2 Intermediate
Level 3 Advanced
Option to use a mini band for levels 2 & 3. For beginners level 1, I recommend no band to start with so you can learn & perfect your technique without the band first.
🙆♀️Warm up exercise & stretches to end the workout are included!
Please modify the workout if necessary to accommodate any injuries..
