Today we are Focusing in on the Upper Body! We are going to work on Toning and sculpting the Shoulders, Arms, and Back in just 17 minutes. Grab a pair of dumbbells to put extra resistance on those arms which will really help strengthen everything. We have a warm up and then will dive into 11 different exercises with no repeats, 45 seconds on and 20 second breaks. You will be sure to get a great workout in and burn those calories. If you feel up for the challenge, go for 2 rounds of this. You can always modify and make this workout best for you.
