This is a beginner friendly rings strength class to teach you some of the fundamentals on the rings. This class will teach you how to get inverted safely while on the rings, and cover some beginner fundamentals for dips, pulls, and muscle up transitions.
This will be a fantastic place for anyone new to the rings, as well a nice refresher of some basics for anyone needing a recap.
