Описание: GPCR signaling is often studied in engineered cell lines. But receptors behave very differently in native tissues.

Fluorescent chemical probes targeting the GLP-1 receptor are now allowing researchers to visualize receptor organization, nanodomains, and signaling environments directly in pancreatic islets and brain tissue—revealing aspects of GPCR biology that traditional tools simply could not capture.
