Decided to do another no HUD cinematic with the new Mo Blade SFX because it’s been a while since I’ve fought Qianye. She’s also my favorite boss alongside Tian Ying so I figured she should also get the No HUD treatment as well 😄 it took me about 30 minutes to get a run I was satisfied with and in the end I settled with this one taking 3 hits. Not even surprised 2/3 hits were from the moves that always get me most: P1 reaction check feint and Ice Qianye’s golden “snowflake” attack. This run was meant to be more cinematic anyway though and I usually don’t aim for perfect runs when I do no HUD.
Nothing new to say that I haven’t already in my Tian Ying video about the Mo Blade SFX but after fighting Qianye no HUD I think Tian Ying’s arena compliments the effects a bit more, even if P2 Qianye has an incredibly cinematic arena already. Also decided to change into Qianye’s Chasing Red outfit here just for thematics. Probably the last No HUD fight I’ll do for now, just wanted to give some more love to my favorite boss.
