In this episode, I tracked my progress for thirty days using a Hasfit workout regime and a diet boosted by Herbalife products.
I didn't mention this in the video, but i've suffered many injuries over the years (car accidents, knee injuries, back injuries) and I wanted to find a low impact workout that could help me see gains without too much intense things. Glad I found this workout!
Basically I did the 30 minute "Best Cario Kickboxing workout on Youtube" for 30 days without breaks (though I learned at day 25 breaks are recommended lol)
In terms of my diet, I would drink a Herbalife protein shake about an hour before, and lots of water. After exercises i'd have another shake along with a small meal. In general, I drank about two liters of water a day and I don't really eat much bread or heavy snacks. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me in the comments!
