In this video, you can learn step by step the disassembly process of the GHS 135-3-3855 H-type telescopic cylinder. Firstly, the plastic protection is carefully removed. The bolt fasteners used in the threaded areas are removed by heating to prevent loosening. The setscrew bolt on the H type cylinder barrel connection nut is removed with the help of heat, then two nuts are removed and the barrel is disassembled with the help of a crane.
Then, the H type head setscrew bolt is removed and the H type head is carefully separated with the help of a special apparatus. Rear puller cover bolts and wire ring are removed and the cover is removed with the puller apparatus connected to the oil drain bolt. The removed cover, O-ring and support ring are carefully removed.
At each stage, the stages are pushed forward with the help of the apparatus and the wire ring is removed. The 1st stage, nutring, bearing and dust seal are removed and the same process is repeated for the other stages.
