In this video, you can learn step by step the assembly process of the 3B 200 Lt open loop valve VA36001100. The process starts with the recovery of the caged union. Valve seat O-ring is installed, thread stabiliser is applied and mounted in place. Pressure regulating gland and other parts are assembled and O-rings are attached to the valve body. All parts are prepared by greasing.
The seat bolt and caged gland prepared for the manometer clock connection are mounted. The shaft is fixed with the help of a vice and thread stabiliser is applied. Springs and washers are placed respectively and the shaft is made ready for assembly. After the necessary greasing is applied inside the valve, the shaft assembly is carried out.
The front cover is fixed with an in-bore circlip and the pneumatic piston and back cover are assembled. Finally, the operation of the shaft is checked with air and the assembly process is completed by installing plastic protectors and labels.
