Mahua – Wild Dreams, Wild Harvest
In the forests of Ranchi, Jharkhand, efforts by local communities and wild harvest techniques aim to restore the Mahua flower to its original form. This initiative not only helps protect the forests from fires but also fosters the return of biodiversity and wildlife.
The film is made under the Green Hub Central India (GHCI) fellowship, a project of Dusty Foot Foundation and Mahashakti Seva Kendra (MSK), that looks at empowering youth in environment conservation, sustainable agriculture and livelihood through the digital medium.
