Join Bellevue Club Personal Trainer, MaryAnn Carpenter as she takes you through an 5-exercise Compound Movement circuit to get a full body burn! For this workout, MaryAnn will perform 30 seconds of each exercise with you and include a 30-second rest. During the rests, she'll demonstrate the upcoming movement. Repeat the circuit 5 times for a full workout or add a challenge and perform each exercise for 1 minute with a 30 second rest.
This workout has no audio so feel free to turn on your favorite playlist, warm up at your own pace and begin when you're ready.
