A birth ball is so useful in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. In this video, we’re doing a pregnancy workout to prepare for birth using a stability ball/birthing ball/yoga ball… whatever you call it! Pregnancy exercise is so central in how a birth plays out. Prenatal exercise helps keep you healthy, fit, and strong so you’re ready for birth!

Third trimester workouts are more about functionality over intensity. All pregnancy exercises should be done with this one thing in mind: you’re having a baby at the end of these 9 months. In this video, you’ll learn how to use a birth ball for an effective low impact workout designed with birth in mind!
