If you’re a woman over 40 looking to rebuild muscle, improve balance, and move with confidence again this workout is for you.
Today we’re training from the ground up. That means building stability, coordination, reflexes, and strength in a way that supports your joints, your core, and your long-term mobility.
This is not about fancy choreography. It’s about smart, functional movement that helps you feel strong getting up from the floor, changing direction quickly, and carrying yourself with power and control.
We’ll challenge:

✔ Agility and mind-body connection
Because after 40, we don’t just want muscle we want control, coordination, and resilience.
Modifications are provided throughout so you can do what you can, not what you can’t and keep practicing to progress.
