Описание: In this video, we explore spinal positioning in preparation for Pilates practice by understanding the three key positions: back bend, flat back, and neutral spine. You will learn how each position looks, how it feels in the body, and how to move safely between them. We then move into a warm-up using proper Pilates breathing, activating the muscles of the hips, back, sides, and legs, with a strong focus on the powerhouse. This is followed by core work targeting the front, sides, and back of the body. We finish the session with gentle stretches and relaxation to restore balance and leave you feeling aligned, strong, refreshed and Happy.
