Описание: Join us for an engaging session that explores the challenges and successes of scaling innovations for homelessness prevention across Canada. Stephen Gaetz (COH) will discuss the obstacles encountered and lessons learned from the broad implementation of the Housing First model. Jackie Sohn (COH) will then illustrate how knowledge mobilization facilitated the adoption of the Upstream Canada model in Kelowna, B.C., promoting early intervention for at-risk youth through strong community partnerships. Finally, Ahmad Bonakdar (COH) will present results from a pilot study on the Family and Natural Supports model, which enhances youth connections with family and community, leading to notable improvements in living conditions and educational achievement.
