• Single-Arm Dumbbell Row: 25 kg × 13 reps × 3 sets
• Close-Grip Barbell Bench Press: 60 kg × 13, 13, 9
• Dumbbell Incline Alternate Curl: 12.5 kg × 13, 13, 10
• Pull-Ups: 8, 5, 4 reps
• Bicycle Crunches: 20 reps × 3 sets
