Workout for the day:
Strength Training:
• Barbell Romanian Deadlift: 110 kg × 13, 11, 8
• Hip Thrust Machine: 100 kg × 10, 8, 8
• Machine Leg Extension: 63 kg × 13, 11, 8
• Smith Machine Calf Raise: 110 kg × 15, 12, 12
Core Work:
• Crunches: 15 reps
• Feet-Elevated Russian Twists: 15 reps × 3 sets
Conditioning:
• Treadmill Run: 30 minutes
• Battle Ropes: 4 rounds (60 strokes each)
