In this video, I’m making two oven-baked, pizza-style gratinated tacos.
I start with two tortillas, then add sauces, fresh lettuce, seasoned meat, and crispy French fries. After that, I pour a rich cheese sauce inside and close the tacos.
On top of the tortilla, I add tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, then bake everything in the oven until perfectly melted and golden.
This is my way of preparing French-style fast food tacos — cheesy, crispy, and full of flavor!
