TITLE: FAITH, CONFIDENCE AND TRUST IN GOD.
Proverbs 3 reminds us that true confidence comes from the Lord, not possessions, skills, or approval from others (v.26). Trusting God brings wisdom, peace, goodness, love, intimacy, and humility (vv.21–35). Those who rely on Him can act justly, love others, and walk closely with God, receiving His grace and guidance.

Matthew 21 emphasizes the power of faith and belief in Jesus. Faith requires action, not just ideas, and opens the door to God’s kingdom (vv.18–32). Even those society deems unworthy—like tax collectors and outcasts—can enter the kingdom through repentance and belief. Jesus teaches that belief in Him transforms life, enabling answers to prayer and spiritual breakthrough (vv.21–22).

Job illustrates trusting God amid trials (Job 22–24). Despite suffering, false accusations, and unanswered questions, he maintained faith, saying, “When he has tested me, I shall come forth as gold” (v.10). Trials refine our character, deepen wisdom, and strengthen faith.
Together, these passages teach that Christian life and leadership flow from unwavering trust in God, active faith in Jesus, and perseverance through trials, knowing God’s purposes are perfect even when unseen.

PRAYER
Lord Jesus, I am so grateful that through the highs and lows, come what may, I can have faith, confidence and trust in your eternal faithfulness. It is encouraging and reassuring to know that I have a friend in Jesus and a father in heaven who is pleased with my faith and is ready to reward me for my diligence seeking of His face. I pray that Your presence always goes with me wherever you send me. I am comforted by your word that says that the wise inherit glory and I hold onto the everlasting word of God.
