A classic Buddha bowl that is easily customizable and is vegan, gluten free, and *soy-free*! Yes, we got tofu that’s soy free to beef up this beautiful array of veggies and wild rice. This is such a nutritious and easy meal to prep ahead that I had to share! I made for three days and my lunch time has never been the same 😆 SAVE the list below! ⬇️
