Good Morning,afternoon, night to our SEMA Ethical Energy Community,
This session we are going to discuss how to animate and dynamic change our lives with the Word and other compatible mental transformative disciplines. We have entered into the Season Six of called Oats and Toasts.
When we entered this season to both study and apply the word.Three major meditation styles are mantra, transcendental meditation and loving kindness. Each valid aside from scripture but are also reminders of powerful d versatility the Word of has.
Definitions :
Mantra meditation is to recite a key phrase, or important short statement. It is audible. Typically soft but audible.
Transcendental meditation is simple, effortless non religious repeating of a phrase, street or short message in silence.
Loving-kindness meditation are compassion central messages we recite. For example, I will be I will be safe, healthy and loved. I support others to be surround by people who want them safe, healthy and loved.
Benefits:
1.Mantra is a form of concentration, displaces negative audible voices that take up space in the mind.
2.Transcendental Meditation literally means, rising above what is around. Even in silence to hear one's own thoughts is a much needed skill.
3. Lovingkindness helps to heal from trauma abuse especially well and it reaffirms need for reliable security and breaks destructive selfishness by extending kind intentions, statements and ultimately actions to others.
In study is powerful; yet not only major application for the Word. Get to a quiet place, meditate in these three major forms. can be for religious or non religious.
