From Private Altar Reverence to Visible  Abundance & Provision 

Background:  Many think that abundance, supply is based on natural weather, seasons, and rainfall. The seasonal maturation of character, spiritual awareness will determine if there is provision in our lives. It is possible to be fed in famine and meager in plentiful crops. Spiritual climate of character of humans toward G-d is a frequently overlooked factor. Bread is one of the burnt offerings made by fire. For example, bread offerings most often show up as baked or cooked dough. The finished bread is processed by heat. 


Joseph number 2 in ancient Egypt when the drought stretched to a 7 year famine changed the outcome of humanity by maintaining a close enough connection with G-d. That connection guided Joseph to proactive stockpile food prior to the famine. For example: Genesis 41: 34-37.

The reverent leadership of Moses and when the people heeded G-d opened gates to divine Manna and provision. They were warned of what would close the access in Deuteronomy 8: 3 & 17.

Bread to strengthen a man’s heart. Altar bread feeds g-dly desires of our hearts. It feeds leadership first in the spirit by the Spirit, and feeds the  Covenant forces assembled to witness and help the acolyte to triumph in trials. A natural portion is not guaranteed in adversity without the spiritual bread (Psalm 104: 15).


Socially Accountable Ramifications

Are we fighting hunger on the scale that Yosef did?

As acolytes with Bread Courts, are we multiplying provision, living wage paying jobs and businesses so more people are true bread winners?

Are the standards of living risking horizontally so we advance as an entire human race or are only a few truly benefiting from modern advancements? The edict from the G-d of bread is to spread the bread of provision and starve hunger itself.
