Energy is a fact of life, and even if you don't believe in it, your body does. Grounding is the most basic of all energy flows: food. Choosing a diet that supports our health (and thus the flow of energy) is a good start to grounding - eating whole foods, not too much salt, exercise, sleep are all necessary for our health and energy. But there's a difference between alive and high-energy as opposed to being run down. Grounding takes practice. Be gentle with yourself - muscle memories take time to build! Practice this short movement flow as often as you can (everyday) to begin feeling yourself connect with the Earth.

Your feet make contact with the ground through a network of bones, ligaments, and muscles - called the 'grounded body'. Here is a small exercise flow to help you to re-enforce this connection.
