Hello, welcome to Yoga with Rachel and welcome to your 15 minute morning somatic yoga practice (↓Open for more details!).

This 15 minute morning somatic yoga routine provides a gentle warm-up for the entire body, gradually mobilizing the joints and releasing muscular tension and stiffness.
I encourage you to tune into your body and honor its sensations. I invite you to explore movements that feel both authentic and nourishing to you. As you move through today’s practice, you’re welcome to adjust the pace, the number of repetitions, and the range of motion as needed. Feel free to linger in any posture longer than I demonstrate in the practice, pause the video, use props, and adjust the poses whenever it feels best for you. Somatic practices empower you to make the practice your own.😊
