With the over hyped start of the new year comes the inevitable low of mid January.
The truth is that this time of year can be tough, for coaches and clients alike.
Everyone has come out of the blocks flying like Michael Scott raising money for rabies (really hoping at this point you’ve watched this episode), missing the fact they’re meant to be pacing for a marathon.
The issue is, we get busy consuming everyone else’s projected year starts that it makes us lose sight of our own, and maybe what we set out for in the first place.
And sometimes just saying to clients;
‘I think we’ve started January a little strong, let’s lay out the next 3 months with a more gradual increase in intensity and something more specific to you‘
Not judging, just observing and guiding. Funnily enough, exactly what clients pay us for.
This can be the thing that lets people; Rethink, Reorganise, Refocus.
