Day 2 is incinerating thighs and leg fat. You don’t need any equipment. Let’s put in the work with the right moves. It includes:

10 seconds off
You’ll want a few pieces of simple equipment handy so you can get the most out of the moves: dumbbells or water bottles to use for one movement. Don’t be surprised by repetitive movements in the video. Repeating these actions has been proven to burn your leg fat more effectively.

PS: You need to get rid of junk food and stick to a healthy diet plan to get amazing results. Your weight loss diet should be made up of 35% Carbs, 40% Protein and 25% Fat. The following 10 day diet plan is recommended: 4 low carb days with 2300 calories, 4 moderate carbs days with 2400 calories, 2 high carb days with 2700 calories.
