The 18th and 19th asanas in the Ligh of Yoga are 2 close variations of the standing forward fold - Padangusthasana ( Big Toe Pose) and Padahastasana (Hand under Foot Pose) respectively.
Both these asanas are great for toning the abdominal organs and improving digestion. They also provide a nice stretch to the entire back of the body.
So once you are ready, let hop on to the mat and learn how to do Padangusthasana and Padahastasana.
