This is the ultimate homemade fried chicken.
🍳 Ingredients (Serves 4–5)
• Chicken drumettes (or drumsticks) … 15 pieces
Seasoning
• Seasoned salt … 1½ tsp
• Fine black pepper … 1 tsp
• Allspice … 1 tsp
• Sugar … 1 tsp
• Milk … 2 tbsp
• Bread flour … 2 tbsp
Coating
• Bread flour … 100 g
• Seasoned salt … 8 g
🔪 Instructions
Rub the seasoning into the chicken and let rest for 15 minutes.
Add milk and bread flour; mix lightly until coated.
Combine coating ingredients and dredge the chicken evenly.
Heat oil to medium heat and fry until lightly golden (first fry).
Remove and let rest for 10 minutes.
Fry again over high heat until crispy and moisture is gone.
