This All level Vinyasa Flow yoga class is designed for everyone. Not judging ourselves but feeling good in our poses. Having fun and not being restricted to how a pose looks but rather explore how it feels.
We will play a little on movable balance. Balance against the wall is a pose so I encourage all students to get in the middle of the floor and explore their wobbly parts. The wobbles in life are where we discover and find how to build a stronger mental and physical foundation.
Modifications are given for all students and props can be used if needed but we don't really use them a lot in this class other than for comfort.
Please let me know what you thing of this all level vinyasa flow class that is perfect for new beginning students or students that just want to unwind and let go of what might be a bit tight.

AVOID: if you have any injuries, joint problems, medical limitations (knees, wrists, elbows, shoulders, or any area of the body that hurts or just doesn't feel right. Avoid jumping or forcing movements that do not work on your body as some poses and moves require balance, flexibility and strength, so be mindful, take your time and as ALWAYS listen to your body first. If your are unsure about adding any exercise to your regime seek the guidance of your doctor or other medical professional.
