This is my Gorilla Bow Arm Workout. Today we're going to work on biceps, both sides of the forearms and the triceps. My arm workout begins with a superset of bicep curls and reverse curls. Besides the biceps the reverse curls are a really good workout for the top of the forearms. I will be doing 3 sets of each exercise, including the supersets. After the superset, I follow with a seated set of curls with much more resistance. The next exercise is seated wrist curls. The workout then shifts to the triceps with overhead tricep extensions, followed by single arm overhead tricep extensions. The last tricep exercise is pressing down on the Gorilla Bow, which emulates dips.
