This is my HIIT 100 Gorilla Bow Arm Workout. It will consist of both bicep and tricep workouts. I will do 4 sets of biceps and 4 sets of triceps. The first set of each body part will be the HIIT 100 part of the workout...100 reps..10 sets of 10 reps with no more than 10 seconds between sets. Each of those HIIT 100 sets will be at 50% of my max 10 rep resistance level. After that, I will do 3 different exercises for each body part...10 reps at the maximum resistance.
