Churros are already pretty good, but these are made even better with some sourdough discard, which helps them get even more golden brown and crispy! Sourdough churros are something you should definitely try making, they're easier to make than they look. And because I was feeling indecisive I made three dips to go along with them. OK…"made" is doing a lot of heavy lifting on the third dip, a dulce de leche that comes straight from the can. But to be fair, the other two dips are made from scratch, and the canned stuff is pretty good!
