Oh yeah, get into those hammies and quads! Use your furniture for a supported fold and high lunge, or challenge your balance by doing it with no hands. This is an important exercise to lengthen muscles that shorten when we sit for too long, and when they're short they pull on the low back. Do these stretches regularly and you'll feel your back pain melt away.
This exercise combines well with the 60-Second Stretch Break videos for:
•Lower Back
•Hips
