In this class we explore and learn all about your feet! You stand on them every single day, cram them into shoes, and rely on them to keep you balanced, stable, and propel you into movement. The foundation of your feet affect your knees and hips, therefore all the way up the body to the spine and even the shoulders and jaw. Learn more about how you use your own two feet and give them some extra attention with this practice. You'll even get a quick anatomy lesson with Mr. Jones at the beginning of class. -1 blanket or bath towel
-1 yoga strap or alternative
-2 yoga block or hardback books
