So today I headed out to do a long run workout that was comprised of the following elements:
6 warm up miles (ended up being 5)
3 uptempo miles
3 recovery miles / cool down
I ended up doing the whole thing slower than expected, however I met my two main goals of hitting 35 miles for the week and simply did a 2 hour workout. So all in all, fair success!
