I would say its the BEST of surprises when you are waking up already excited for breakfast... and the menu presents itself full of things from your stomach's most wildest dreams! BABU'S HOT INDIAN Restaurant in Koh Samui is a place I will never forget, and I am still smiling (still panting!) at the chance to share this experience with you today.

After having visited India (and Sri Lanka, and Pakistan) for myself, several times over actually, I might like to think that I am up for the gigantic challenge of comparing these cuisines with my own "home cuisine" of Thai food. While I am often deeply in love with the wonderful use of SPICE in all of the meals I have had, there has yet to be a time where the pure chili fire was comparable to the level I know here in Thailand.

Karahi is a heavyweight dish, and one that is loved throughout South Asia. If you have never heard of this dish, then its my pleasure to share it with you, and I hope to hear that THIS video inspires you to try out some of the things you may have never tried before (whether its cooking Indian food at home, or going out to your local Indian restaurant very soon!).
