A common question I hear is "Joel, what's the one food you miss the most?"
Answering this is nearly impossible, however one of the foods I miss MOST frequently from HOME has got to be Indian Food. Thanks to the hard-working people of India bringing their cuisine to literally EVERY corner of our world - I can definitely say that authentic Indian food is VERY much a part of my home, and many of my holiday memories.
Im sure so many of your holiday memories revolve around heart-warming food and home recipes (and body-warming of course, its COLD outside, yes even in Thailand!) - and this year I had to take the chance to make a new memory with Li during this incredible feast of Northern Indian food at Rajdarbar Restaurant.
No, I did not travel to Chiang Mai JUST to visit this restaurant... but, well, maybe some small part of me would still be ok if I did?? ;)
