In this video I talk about some great entrepreneurs like Steve Jobs and Elon Musk, heck I even give props to Tom Brady. I'll tell you the #1 thing they have in common that makes them impactful and successful.

Most entrepreneurs have one thing in common and that's "red shiny ball syndrome".... you know what I'm talking about, don't you? :) But listen, we have got to be laser focused and avoid distraction. That's what some of the greats did right and what so many of us are doing wrong.

One of the first exercises I have new clients go through is understanding and writing down exactly what they want to create. you need to start with a vision of where you want to go before you can map out the best way to get there.
