This ADU is a perfect example of how investing in the outdoor area of your new living space can be a really high value addition. Sophie’s new home comes with a gorgeous private courtyard with a hot tub, BBQ, and a concrete wall for projecting movies at night with her friends. This outdoor area acts as an extension of the ADU, making the versatility of the space much more functional.

And we haven’t even talked about the interior yet. We packed A LOT into this 480 sq ft 1 bedroom, 1 bath space: walk-in closet, vanity space, desk space, L-shaped kitchen; everything our client, Sophie, could need to live comfortably. All within her parents backyard.
