In this video, we go over the importance of choosing the right appliances for your kitchen. This will affect and determine what the right sizes are for your appliances and how to maximize your appliances with limited space. We also go over the #1 mistake when purchasing and installing the appliances in your ADU.

This ADU is 370 sq ft, garage conversion with no addition. The ADU has a full-size kitchen, custom countertop, and high-end appliances and is lit by a skylight. The ADU has one medium size bedroom, with built-in closet spaces and a sliding door that leads to a big and spacious backyard. The ADUs' bathroom includes floor-to-ceiling tile, a tub, a vanity, and high-end finishes. The ADU will rent for $2,500 and will be an excellent secondary source of income for the homeowner.

Joseph Peretz and his team designed this ADU as a garage conversion. They also ran the permits through the City of Los Angeles Building and Safety (LADBS).
