In this yoga flow, we explore what it feels like to consciously set those burdens down. Through mindful movement, breath, and steady strength-building postures, we practice recognizing what is ours to hold… and what we can finally release.
You don’t have to carry it all.
You don’t have to prove anything.
You are allowed to soften.
This class invites you to build strength in your body while creating space in your heart — to lift with awareness, and to let go with compassion.
