750 g Mutton mince
11/2 tbsp ginger paste
11/2 tbsp garlic paste
2 medium fried onion ( 1/2 cup )
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green chillies
2 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
11/2 tsp salt
2 tsp chat masala
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

2-3 green chillies

4 tbsp chickpeas powder / gram flour
