2 green chillies
1 cup green peas
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp red chilli powder
¼ cup water
70–80 g (½–¾ cup) grated paneer
½ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander

1 cup thick curd
1–2 tbsp sugar (optional)
2–3 tbsp tamarind chutney
2–3 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp nylon sev
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
½ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp black salt
¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
🥔 2) Quick Aloo Chaat
300–350 g boiled potatoes
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black salt
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp crushed red chilli
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
1 cup thick curd
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
2 tbsp tamarind chutney
2 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp nylon sev (optional)
4–5 papdi (optional)

✔️ Bhalla Batter
1 cup split urad dal
½ cup split moong dal
2-inch ginger piece
2–3 green chillies
½ tsp salt
1–2 pinches baking soda (optional)
Oil for frying

3–4 cups warm water
¼ tsp hing
½ tsp salt
✔️ Special Chaat Masala Mix
2 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
