1. Mutton Pulao

Ingredients:
800 g Mutton / chicken
800 g rice ( 4 cup )
2 onion
2 tomato
5-6 green chillies
11/2 tbsp ginger paste
11/2 tbsp garlic paste
2+1 tsp salt
1/2 cup yogurt
3/4 cup oil

1 tbsp coriander seeds
2 TSP fennel seeds and
1 tsp black pepper.

1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 black cardamom
6-7 green cardamom
2 inch cinnamon stick
5-6 cloves
2 mace
2 bay leaves

750 g mutton mince or any meat mince
10-15% mutton fat or 2 tbsp butter/oil
1/2 onion
coriander leaves
mint leaves
green chillies
3-4 tbsp gram flour
11/2 tbsp garlic paste
11/2 tbsp ginger paste
1 lemon juice
2 tsp salt
2 TSP chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp papaya paste or ½ tsp kachri powder or meat tenderiser
