フライパンで作る絶品キャラメルラスク/Caramel Rusks(簡単パンレシピ/291)

本日は、フライパンで作れる簡単キャラメルラスクです。
オーブンが無くたって、トースターが無くたってフライパンさえあれば出来るんです!!
ご自宅の冷蔵庫や冷凍庫に残っているパンを素敵に変身させませんか(^-^)？
そして、「おうち時間」のお供にいかがでしょうか？
美味しいですよ、間違いなく!!

〜レシピ〜
・食パンなどの古いパン 180g
・グラニュー糖 60g
・浄水 40g
・無塩バター 20g
・牛乳 30g
・生クリーム 30g

※生クリームがなければ、牛乳60gでOKです。
　バターも無塩では無く有塩でも問題ありません。
　(多少、塩味が出ます)

~Recipe~
・ Old bread such as bread 180g
・ Granulated sugar 60g
・ Purified water 40g
・ Unsalted butter 20g
・ Milk 30g
・ Fresh cream 30g

If you don't have fresh cream, 60g of milk is OK.
Butter is not unrelated and there is no problem in the amusement park.
(Slightly salty)
